So here is where I will let it out...
*Today begins FINALS week for my summer school. Yay! This yay is a sarcastic, I don't want to study, yay, but also a "I'm so glad that I'm almost done!!" yay too.
*I have 3 weeks off school before I start full time. *gulp*
*Eli starts KINDERGARTEN in 2 weeks!! Oh my....I have not had much time to process this so it has not hit me yet. Stay tuned...
*I want to re-do my boys rooms because they now want to share a room. We will make Preston's room a playroom for now I think...Lots of paint, room ideas, etc. are in my head and NEED to be put to use!!
*My sister Taylor's shower was yesterday. My aunt's and I threw it for her and now we are just waiting for Easton to make his arrival...I honestly do not think it has hit me that she is having another one yet....I'm kind of still processing Madison....I am soo excited however and when he is here it will be amazing!!
*I have more paperwork, applications, transcripts, etc. to handle in the next 2 weeks then I even want to discuss. Anyone want to be my assistant?!
*I finally sold my Durango and got a *new to me* Ford Escape....I am in LOVE! I thought I would have a huge transition from a big Durango to a mid size SUV but the leather, sunroof, 6 disc changer, and many other perks have helped me transition just fine...plus anything that is Paid for in Full is awesome in my books!!
*Preston will be starting at a local Christian Preschool and I am so excited for him. He loves to learn and socialize with other kids and is quite the charmer. It will be hard for mommy to let him go 3 days a week, but it has to be done for me to finish my school and I know he is in good hands!
*Justin has big things in the works....God is working within him and his career like no other and I can't wait to see what the next 6 months holds. His talents he was given of custom painting and airbrushing are such good things for our family....I am so thankful to have a husband who provides for us and works so hard to do so. Love you, Dudin!
*My baby sister turns 17 in a week...ugh. I remember being 10 when she was born and saying "When Allie is 15 I will be 25, and when she is 20 I will be 30!" Can I just forget about the whole 20, 30 thing?!?!? I am so proud of her though.
*My best friend/soulmate had her sweet baby girl (this will be a post in itself soon!) almost 2 weeks ago and I got the honor of taking her to the hospital (they were moving to a new house THAT day so her hubby was in panic mode!!) and being there to see Logan after her arrival...she is the sweetest angel and had a rough start after having to be admitted to Vandy Peds at 6 days old with a horrible virus that left her very sick. She was released after 3 nights and is doing great now! So is Beth!
*Have I mentioned lately that I have the 2 best friends in the entire world?!?! All my life I have had wonderful friends and I still do have those same friends, but the bond that Beth , Ash, and I have formed is awesome and I can truly say that I have found my "soulmates". (I am a believer in soulmates that are friends and of course my hubby too...think Meredith and Yang relationship from Grey's Anatomy....or Peyton and Brooke from One Tree Hill...lol)
Well, my files have finished printing so back to studying I go!!
